In collaboration with Razor King, a premier men’s grooming barbershop, La Catrina Head Spa offers an elevated space dedicated to scalp care, relaxation, and restorative self-care.

Visit on your own, add a head spa treatment to a grooming appointment, or enjoy simultaneous services with someone special. However you choose to unwind, we’re here to deliver a luxurious head spa ritual that leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Think back to a favorite salon visit—the best part may not have been the haircut, but the soothing scalp massage and simple pleasure of having someone wash and brush your hair.

Our founder remembers scheduling appointments for that feeling alone: a calming sensory ritual that helped the rest of the day feel a little lighter. As salon experiences changed, that once-memorable personal touch became harder to find.

La Catrina Head Spa was created to bring that magic back. Inspired by the art of the Japanese head spa, we have transformed the traditional shampoo into an elevated wellness experience centered on scalp care, deep relaxation, and luxurious self-care.

Our team of professionals brings experience in hair care, scalp wellness, beauty services, relaxation techniques, and personalized client care. Together, they create restorative head spa experiences designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.

Our signature treatment features a restorative multi-root blend formulated with He Shou Wu, Angelica Sinensis, ginger, and Panax ginseng. These botanicals are traditionally valued for supporting scalp vitality and helping hair look stronger, healthier, and more radiant.

Unlike a traditional head spa focused primarily on cleansing the scalp, our experience takes a dual-action approach. Therapeutic massage and gentle steam help remove surface buildup while creating an ideal environment for the botanical treatment. Warming ginger extract complements the experience, while ginseng, He Shou Wu, and Angelica Sinensis help nourish and condition the scalp and hair.

The result is a deeply relaxing treatment designed to refresh the scalp, support healthier-looking hair, and provide a luxurious sense of renewal.

For the best experience, we recommend beginning with a focused series of treatments every two to three weeks. Once your initial series is complete, monthly appointments can help maintain your scalp-care routine and continue the benefits of regular relaxation and conditioning.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for a consultation and service preparation.

La Catrina is committed to providing every client with exceptional care and a timely experience. Because appointments require reserved time and products prepared specifically for your service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

​

Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full service price. After a late cancellation or no-show, full prepayment may be required for future appointments, and La Catrina reserves the right to decline future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so that we do not delay the next client. You will remain responsible for the full price of the service originally booked.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and there is not enough time to safely or properly perform your service, the appointment may be canceled and the full service price will be charged.

Booking Fee

A nonrefundable $50 booking fee is required to reserve an appointment unless the service has already been prepaid. When the scheduled service is completed, the booking fee will be credited toward your final bill.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide every client with the best possible experience.
